the regulator revision. We conduct audits of all major
manufacturers. These are the details:
We are of course always try to expand this range by
other manufacturers. Please consider, however,
necessarily mean that the order was one of the producers
listed completely random and therefore also to be
understood completely free evaluation.

The revision is with us
from following good order.

Control input of the
regulator as well as documentation of additional
parts and photographic documentation as required

Function control and
measure the key parameters such as medium pressure
-
complete break down
of the regulator, it is no part of the other
-
Replacement of the
parts specified by the manufacturer of original
spare parts (we hand out the old parts to view)
-
Cleaning of the still
functioning parts in an ultrasonic Cleaning device
with a special cleaning fluid
-
repeated look-up of
all parts on only now apparent defects and any
additional replacement parts are safety related. If
this produces very high costs, we will of course
discuss this with you before repair
-
Complete assembly of
the regulator and ultimate functional & leak test
with further adjustments, such as the
medium-pressure provided by the manufacturer, the
inhalation resistance and the like

Documentation of the
revision in a specially designed database
-
Create a measurement
protocol by Pressure Guard, if desired
-
Transfer of the
regulator to the client
